Catherine Zeta-Jones is in talks to star in Universal's adaptation of Marian Keyes' novel about a woman's drug addiction,
Rachel's Holiday, says Variety.
The feature, helmed by Francesca Joseph, is a dramatic story with comic moments. Zeta-Jones plays a woman who overdoses on sleeping pills and then finds herself losing her boyfriend, best friend and job before being flown from New York back to Dublin, Ireland, to check into a rehab clinic.
Zeta-Jones will next appear in Columbia Pictures
Legend of Zorro.
