Kal Penn As Luthors Sidekick In 'Superman Returns'

Kal Penn (Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle) has joined the cast of Bryan Singer's Superman Returns where he will play Lex Luthor's right-hand man, a genius henchman named Stanford, according to the Hollywood Reporter.Kevin Spacey is playing Luthor. Penn joins a cast that includes Brandon Routh as Superman, Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane, Hugh Laurie as Perry White, James Marsden as Richard White and Sam Huntington as Jimmy Olsen.
