Sebastian Koch ("The Lives of Others") and Julia Jentsch have signed on to star in Constantin Film's adaptation of Theodor Fontane's classic 19th century novel "Effi Briest." Jentsch ("Sophie Scholl -- The Final Days") will take the title role of a young woman caught between an arranged marriage with the much older Baron von Instetten (Koch) and an ill-advised love affair.
