Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. The only people I can see wrecking Toppo out of nowhere are Gohan (sheer potential) and Vegeta (possible trick up his sleeve). I see Frieza opting to avoid Toppo, if anything.

Gohan's about as likely to beat Toppo as Krillin is. All that talk of potential is just that, he hasn't shown anything..

Based on what we've seen in the anime/manga as of right now:
SSB Goku(/w/ Kaioken) > Hit(fully evolved) > SSB Goku = Golden Freeza(current) = SSB Vegeta > Toppo ~/> SSG Goku > Dyspo > Gohan(calm)
*It's hard for me to place Dyspo. His FTL speed can give him a huge advantage initially, but it's also relatively easy for the upper-echelon fighters to counter, because his speed(while extremely haxx) is also very linear/readable.
*Gohan's level is also subject to [extreme] change. If he gets angry, he can skyrocket to SSB-level.
Feel it's still pis though, just like Deathstroke countering Flash. There's absolutely no doubt Dypso is much faster, or there would be no reason to have a "faster then light" light emphasis.

Dyspo has superior raw travel speed, but most of the noteworthy fighters at the ToP are able to counter said speed because he is a very linear character(ie. it is easy for them to predict where he is going next)... Same reason Goku was able to was able to counter Hit's time-skip. Same reason Freeza was able to counter Jimeze's IT. Etc.
That said, they still need the appropriate perception/reaction speed to counter Dyspo in the first place, along with the physical durability for their bodies to not be atomized when a FTL mass strikes them(or vice versa.)
