Spiderman 2211

So I've seen a few shots of this guy and I just want to know who exactly he is. I heard he's in some sort of time mix up w/ Spiderman and Spiderman 2099, but I'm really confused as to who he is and his background. Does anyone know anything about him?

Thanks for that pic, that is definately him. So I'm gonna guess that not very much is known about him? if anyone has anymore info, even the smallest bit, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I happen to think he looks like a joke, and the character is plain awful.

"Let's give him spikes! Kids like spikes - they look bad-ass, and lets rip off a bit of Batman here, and make him look like fly-man with a sissy cape. Genius!"
