Maybe if Omega Red was DC villain and Batman had files on him and had already developed a contiguous a day of prep would be enough but as he he knows nothing about Omega Red beside the basics (as it is standard matches) he is Russian, has superhuman stats, has a healing factor, has a death factor, has tentacles. He is going to need to spend most of those 24 researching his enemy, if he has enough time or information to cook up something to take down Akardy in 24 hours it would be a miracle.
