Robin (Tim Drake) Needs To Come Out of the Closet....
I just rehashed a couple of Robin's comics.
And I just came to a rather stunning conclusion:
Robin bats for the other team.
EVERY single "girlfriend" *coughfaghagcough* Robin has EVER had usually ended in the same fashion:
A) Girl expresses interest in Robin.
B) Robin avoids girl at first to the point of lying...
C) Girl finally sets up date with Robin despite his not wanting to at first...
D) Robin and Girl begin to regularly date.
E) Robin and Girl seem to have more a friendship rather than relationship..
F) Girl wants to take the relationship a step further... (i.e. commited relationship or sex)
G) Robin avoids Girl for several weeks.
H) Girl breaks up with Robin.
This is NO joke. Seriously, it's the same goddamn theme for ALL his "relationships".
Even Stephanie Brown (i.e. Spoiler)
When Spoiler died, Robin was a little tore up for a couple of issues.
But when Superboy dies...Robin goes APESH*T. Obsessively trying to clone back Connor, hanging his pictures all over the wall and even having Connor's uniform in a glass case.
You only figure this out now?Hell the only reason his costume is any different to the other Robins is that they were comfortable enough with their sexuality to wear that...none of this added protection shit...
Nightwing has proven his heterosexuality by being a complete man-**** and sleeping with nearly every woman he comes across...hell, he's so slutty he's been raped twice by a woman...
So, what if Tim is gay?
Let the character prefer sex with whichever sex they like, as long as the character is a solid, deep and interesting figure.
I am not a homosexual but, really what difference does it make which gender your favorite heroes prefer as long as they are fascinating?
ENOUGH WITH THE "THEIR GAY!" threads!!!
P.S. Tim may or may not be gay but, I guarantee you Connor is all about the ladies.

Green Arrow's new Speedy is HIV positive, right?
I wouldn't have expected that 15 years ago.
I bet Tim will come out of the closet someday. DC and other companies will realize there is an underserved market out there, who want gay heroes to identify with.

Yes but as characters go for the most part, most americans aren't ready for a really mainstream gay superhero. Now before I here mentions of authority, I mean really mainstream characters. Most writers dont want to loose the cuurent audience in exhange for a smaller new market.
Yea I was kinda thinking the same thing after he just shed a few tears for Spoiler but was really losing it when Conner kicked the bucket. Actually did he grief as much for his own father much less some guy who's he's on a team with?
Oh, and Nightwing is as straight as they come. Ladies just can't resist him
