If both characters existed in reality (or some reality) then SG would own BRB easily.
She's too damn fast for him plus a lot stronger. She could palm the hammer if she wanted to. But she doesn't need to as she can just go to town on him using speed.

Let me remind you of who Beta Ray is

-Bill has taken out Grey Gargoyle with ease
-fought a warriors madness Thor and did pretty well (didn't want to fight him)
-and of course CRACKED GALACTUS ARMOR

and I know its in one of his respect threads: Shows him dodging energy blasts that were coming at him multiple times faster then the speed of light, so you can stop with the "speed kills" argument

And besides its not like SG speed blitzes the crap out of everyone. Thats Just the argument you use when a DC character will lose a fight

Edit: AND LOL at SG palming storm breaker, a couple hits from storm breaker and she is screwed.
