Also I have no idea what Byakuya is making his comparison on. Is it base Yhwach or with the Soul King absorbed?

It's such a waste of they characters because their arrivals were not set up. They were simply thrown onto the scene because this is the final battle.

Nah, Naruto's still above Bleach. Until Bleach gets some measurable feats, that is.

But yeah, Ichigo needs a vollstandig at this point, at the minimum. If he can stack his bankai, vollstandig, and a ressurecion, then I can see him pulling a win, but otherwise, he's done.

Ywach is too much.

It depends on what Kubo does. I think it is noteworthy that now all the Shinigami are free to charge at him. Maybe everyone will give Ichigo power similar to how Kill la Kill ended. Maybe Aizen's Bankai can trick Yhwach's ability. Maybe the Soul King did something before his "death" to ensure Ichigo becomes the Soul King.

All I know is that Rukia showed up in the last episode and since she is the best character that means nothing but good news.
