As far as inflation under Biden, it was never "record numbers", it peaked at 9% for one month. You're ignorant. eg Reagan had higher inflation numbers than Biden and he's the posterboy for the Right.

Trump mishandled the pandemic and gave misinformation just like China did before it was a pandemic. I believe Biden handled the pandemic well and things would have gotten worse had Trump won 2020.
With regard to the border, You have to go back to the Dubya era when the border wall was signed to be expanded. Obama expanded it further and increased the war on drugs during his first term and killed Bin Laden. Then he won his second term and said "we've done more border control than any other administration before us," which is true, "now it is time to focus on other matters at home," which sounds nice, but the job wasn't completed. Trump's response was "We're going to build a wall and Mexico will pay for it." This sounds bad when edited on the mainstream news, but if you watch the full speech without editing, he's simply just returning back some of Bushes policies which a lot of Americans wanted at the time.
Trump's plans were slow and ineffective because the Senate was a 50/50 split. then he lost control of the House in the midterm. Then came the pandemic. It was easy for Biden to reverse Trump's blip in migration and US politics was very polarised. Biden was lucky to have both chambers on his side but, like Trump, lost the House in the midterm. I'm starting to see a pattern here.
