Vjun! Dooku vs Mustafar Vader
Vjun amped Dooku vs Mustafar Vader
Same start as in RotS with Dooku replacing Kenobi.
Vader takes his weight off the railing and turns around to see Dooku's elegant solar sailer touch down on the landing platform. The ship's ramp lowers to reveal the elder sith clad in the highest quality tunic and trousers Seranno has to offer. A set of ceremonial pauldrons sat squarely on his shoulders over his iconic cape. With a snarl, Dooku ignites his lightsaber and does a jump front-flip, placing him 10 meters in front of Vader.
Who wins and why?

Anakin Skywalker managed to defeat Dooku when he was fully fresh and bolstered with vengeance for him. On mustafar, Anakin is conflicted and broken. For a more in depth analysis:
Force: Anakin 6/10
Duelling: Dooku 8/10
Physical: Anakin 6/10
Tactical: Dooku Stomp
Wtf? Mustafar's version of Anakin wasn't even superior to Kenobi in a short Force fight. Dooku takes 10/10 in the Force, Anakin is just stronger.
Physical... Anakin has superior stamina, strenght, equal speed and inferior mobility. Still, too much to give him just 6/10.
Man, are you even serious?

Actually he was on the verge of stomping Kenobi. The latter only started to match him after received a boost during the fight, letting go of every negative emotion and hindrance throughout his life in one go. I mean, this is made pretty clear in the novel.
Yeah, a Kenobi who had elevated himself by letting go of the sum of his emotional turbulences throughout his life, except his attachment to Anakin( which he let go of later). Which, pretty evidently increased his performance significantly.
The previous iteration of Kenobi, he was evidently close to stomping, not exactly managing it only because of Obi Wan's intimate familiarity with him. Even so, in pretty short order, the fight would have been over, had Obi Wan not resorted to a cheap-shot by EM on his artificial hand.
