Omega is one of the worst Star Wars characters in Disney Canon

Yeah Actually thought it got decent. And impressed theyve gone 2 seasons without bringing in big players. Given how quickly they brought in Vader, Ahsoka and Maul to Rebels.
It was nice seeing Ventress back in the latest episode. Her VA said her story will be told in other media, not in The Bad Batch. And that it won't contradict Dark Disciple
So explain her return in another novel or comic? Meh. Seems like theyre mostly ignoring the novels/comics, then leaving it to them to explain any contradictions. So not much different to the old canon.
At least her look was directly from DD. But she wasnt needed for this episode. It could have easily been Vos undercover as a bounty hunter taking interest in force sensitives to rescue them (which would align with his name drop in the OWK series).
Well its finished. Not bad, but kinda left wondering what the point of the show was. If it was meant to be a Firefly type of thing with no big impact on anything then fair enough, and cudos to them not to include big named characters if that was always their vision.
However Im sure this show was originally marketed as a sequel show to TCW which would imply something bigger.
Also felt final season kinda took us in a circle. Starts with Omega having to escape the facility, and also ends with that.
The show was basically repurposed to explain how Palpatine returned and also show the transition of the Clones to Stormtroopers and what happened to them.
Senator Chuchi got them rights and benefits so they could retire or go into other jobs. Echo got all the clones imprisoned at Tantis out, which was why Rex, Wulf, and Gregor retired, all the clones were safe and free. And Project Necromancer was confirmed to have started at Tantis, and was shuttered for years, then restarted on Exegol with inferior results, which is why Snoke was misshapen and when Palpatine came back, he wasn't complete. They lost Omega's DNA which was the perfect bonding agent to make a Force Sensitive Clone.
