In this new issue of the Hulk, he invades Iron-Man 8 billion dollar Helicarrier and utterly ass-rapes everyone. We also find out he is out to kill Rick Jones, and it turns out, there a second Abomination, called a bomb
Issue 3 is a classic show down between A-Bomb and Rulk. They continously fight and personally, I thought the Rulk was going to win until The Harpies kicked in and The Savage Hulk returned.
Rulk steps beside a scanner and gets scanned but destroys it before it confirmed. If you ask me the Military must have a history and they'll probably use it to find out who he is.

I believe they were both there when the incident happened. However, they must have already fought or have been in an explosion. But I don't think the Red Hulk is Samson.
There have been some wild rumors swirling around on the net. Some thought he was Ares, others thought it could be Betty Ross.
I came up with the idea that it might be the Beyonder. A while ago the guy that runs the comic shop I frequent said the Beyonder was going to be used in an upcoming story arc. He thought he was going to the protagenist to the Secret Wars arc. But that was proven to be a Kly'bn, a Skrull Eternal. That got me to thinking, what if Rulk is the Beyonder?
