The Gaunt ring- Dumbledore destroyed it with the Gryffindor sword (I think)
Nagini- Neville used Gryffindor's sword
Voldy's diary- Harry Potter pierced it using Basilisk fang
Hufflepuffs Goblet- Hermione used Basilisk fang
Slytherin's locket-Ron used Gryffindor sword
Ravenclaw's diadem- Crabbe's fiendfye (haha he also smoked himself)
Harry Potter himself- Voldy used Avada Kadavra
And I think that element is Fire (may be wrong but those clues were kinda hard)

[I actually didn't know the answer, because I thought, well, America has two semesters, so two terms? But I have the British copy of the last two books and it seems that there's three - fall, winter, and spring. Which would make sense because they end in late June. Oh well]
She's a reporter for the Daily Prophet, who basically tears apart the reputation of anyone that she can. At she does it pretty damn well.
