I've always have consider Judaism as the oldest "written" religion. As I said before it is most likely that Mythology is the cause of Religious beliefs.

When Judaism was founded I don't know for sure. Some of the oldest books in the Old Testament deals with “cult-heroes” (founders), such as Abraham (abr-ham “Great Father” as far as I remember), Moses and Noah. These people most likely never existed as written in the books, and these books also shows traces of a pre-monotheistic religion.
Since urban civilisations started around Tigris and Eufrat and in the fertile valleys of India at around the same time, Judaism and Hinduism are probably of equal age
