Since everyone seems a tad settled in now there is one thing about characters that still has to be handled namely languages.
Now to make it a lot easier than how I do it in an IRL campaign (I work with language points but that takes too long to get right for everyone)
I'm using the traditional system which means you all get to pick bonus languages.
Now I have on adaptation to the traditional system which is there is no such languages as Common. There is a language which is broadly spoken across Alvadurian it is called: "Merchants tongue" (As the name does suspect it was invented by merchants and from there on covered the globe)
Now I will list the languages: Human Tongues
- Merchants tongue: Traditional Language of Takuna-Sato, Zultanae and Glabryn.
- Dul: Traditional Language of The Empire of Dul'Hanel
- Torran: Traditional Language of The Empire of Toranaga
- Rundarian: Traditional Language of Rundarior
- Eodri: Traditional Language of Cuthandrium, Vieuxdrium and Jeundrium
- Low elven: The standard Variant for all non-elf (except half-elf) races, for whom it is physically impossible to speak High-Elven Dwarven Tongues
- Dwarven
- Terran Elven Tongues
- High Elven
- Low Elven
- Sindarin Little Folk Tongues
- Halfling
- Gnome Half-Elven Tongue
- Mercurion Special Tongues
- Celestial: Only Paladins and Clerics can take this at creation point.
Now since languages are decided by race I will list who speaks what at the start and who gets which bonus languages to choose from.
Ander:
Rundarian, Merchants and Eodri
Kan:
Dul, Merchants
Rusky:
Merchants, Celestial
Sarwyn:
Merchants and Gnome
Audron:
Merchants and two bonus languages to be picked from the list, everything except High-Elven and Celestial
Ludill:
Merchants and two bonus languages to be picked from the list, everything except High-Elven and Celestial
Elendil:
High Elven, Low Elven and Merchants
There are lots more languages if anyone wants to learn a new language they can. It takes two skillpoints per language and a tutor in game. Except for Ludill Bards only have to pay 1 skillpoint per language.

Takuna-Sato Politics:
Takuna-Sato is ruled by a king and queen support by a crown council, which consists out of five nobles, (not all takuna-sato citizens) and the representatives of heironeous. The kings name is a Castor DeMedici (the family DeMedici have ruled Takuna-Sato for as long as anyone can remember) he is fair and just to all his subjects, his wife is an elven princess from White Forest called Ael’Myon DeMedici.
The crown council consists out of: the duke of Tardino, the count of Vardanul, the earl of Xirandu, the warpriest Thurka, the marquis of Windsailor and the commanding priest of the Heironean Templars and the commanding paladin of the Heironean Fists. The real powercenter still lies with the royal family tho.
Economy:
Export: Takuna-Sato has a large exporting economy. They export gems, gold and minerals from their mines in the Rundarion Mountains, wheat from its rich and stable climated backlands, as well as fish from their port in Takuna-Sato itself, which is the bussiest and biggest in Alvadurian because of it’s Geographical location (close to the principal east-to-west road, and being in the center of the Takuan Bay it allows for the biggest ships to dock safely there).
Import: Takuna-Sato has to import everything else mostly things like wood (from White Forest), silk (from the Empire of Toranaga) metal and charcoal (from Bruktargot) and farm animals (from Rundarior) luckily for Takuna-Sato all those goods pass through their harbour frequently enough.
Military:
Takuna-Sato itself doesn’t have an army, it only has a city watch. In times of needs it relies on the Takuan-Bay Trading Alliance to supply an army. It is lead by king Castor and consists of 6 armies, 3 infantry, 1 cavalry and 2 archery. in total it contains 2730 troops.
Population:
Population density: In Takuna-Sato itself it is about 1000 citizens per square miles and the city is about 40 square miles. In Radu it is about the same, only that the city is only half as big, so a total of 20000 people is about accurate. The farm land between the cities has a density of about 20.5 citizens per square mile.
Race Ratio: About 40% Bayers, 20% other humans, 13% Elves, 15% Dwarves, and about 12% Gnomes and Halflings.
General Alignment: The general alignment is lawful good
Terrain:
Takuna-Sato is actually a small slab of land between Takuan-Bay and the Runadarion Mountains. With rolling hills in between, to the east of Takuna-Sato there lays a swamp. The country itself is divided by the Turenna river, which can be crossed at the toll bridge in the south and the shallows of Radu. There is a small forest on each side of the river. Small wheat farms dot the plains and fill them with wheat and corn.
Roads:
The principal east-to-west road crosses through Takuna-Sato, both Kingdom and City. It is maintained very well through out the entire nation. Not just some gravel road, but a real stone road (constructed with the help of mages and wizards, kept clear of dangers by rangers).
NPCs:
Castor DeMedici: human king lives in the royal palace
Ael’Myon DeMedici: elven queen, lives in the royal palace
The duke of Tardino: human, cc member, lives in the Tardino palace
The count of Vardanul: gray elf, cc member, lives in the Vardanul palace
The earl of Xirandu: human, cc member, lives in the Xirandu palace
The marquis of Windsailor: wood elf, cc member, lives in the lighthouse
The warpriest Thurka: half-orc, cc member, lives in Radu
The commanding priest of the Heironean Templars: human, cc member
The commanding paladin of the Heironean Fists: Aramus Silverbrow, cc member
Foreign Affairs: Alliances:
Takuan-Bay Alliance: a trading and political alliance between the three takuan-bay nations under the leadership of Takuna-Sato.
Trading:
Gems, gold and metal to White Forest, Cuthandrium, Jeunedrium, Vieuxdrium, Heraldrium, and Mercurionas
wheat and fish to Rundarior
Religion:
Heironeous, all other good and neutral gods are accepted.
