dont even smoke a little once in a while, cause then you'll start smoking more and more...thats what happens to my grandmother when she tres to quit, she stops, then smokes a little saying its only once in a while...then you start smoking more and more....and if anyone has any advice on quiting smoking pleaze tell my dad...he smokes like 1 or 2 packs a day

my dad smoke litereally 24/7...blah..i cant get him to stop, and i have asthma so the smoke REALLY bothers me
