Draining an opponent of movement. Abilities that Wally and Walter West have for 6.

Very broken for 6 points and I can easily think of a grip of characters who it's very incharacter to just completely stop an opponent on a whim who'd probably qualify for the 4 point tier.

If I disappear from the tournament for more than seven (7) days, Badabing will be responsible for pushing the tournament along based on the schedule I will post later. Other than that, I will be in-charge.

Flash is 6 points and is in the Herald Class. I don't have a problem with it. If it's not listed in the extra abilities section, then you are free to use it. Though if enough people object then I will change it.

Though I don't get how you can steal someone's speed, since to the Flash wouldn't everyone be moving extra-slow anyway?
