Just as poor as your example, a super soldier and a veteran casual bulletimer is somehow despite their vast powers and experiance is somehow going to allow a slow opponent grab them? lulz...

not sure about poseidon, he did not use a sword, he used blunt hits from horses. Their strength was high but not much PSi on the edge of a blade.
