Which is stupid anyway, because Doomsday has the best strength feats.

Nevertheless as the most iconic villain, I do think Hiddleston's Loki is on par with Ledger's Joker.

Simply untrue with regards to Doomsday.

Loki isn't the only marvel villain far superior to the Joker.

Relative to his "power" level, Ledgers Joker had insane feats...

Think about it, a normal human with no powers whatsoever had an entire major city trembling with fear; he actually had a percentage of the population obeying his desires...

He single handedly wrecked the entire Gotham crime family when the entire Gotham police force (with Batman aiding them) failed to do so...

Batman had to admit to murders he did not commit to stop the Jokers ultimate plan...

Ledgers Joker was extremely formidible relative to his power level...

Terrorists have some kind of political statement to make. Joker just revels in chaos, he doesn't care about politics. And batman becomes his sort of muse, a thing that occupies him that he wants to tear down. It's a compelling and fascinating dynamic. The mcu doesn't have anything as compelling in their villains, they focus more on the heroes. And Loki is more of an antihero/pseudovillain, I wouldn't say straight up villain.

Kirk's "death" wasn't by Khan.

Khan had no allies because he stupidly shoved them in torpedoes then had no control where those torpedoes ended up going.
