The in-betweener's special ability would turn the tables here.

No.

What's the 'opposite' of a Cube Being?

Doesn't work that way. You can't just assume they have an opposite. Besides, Kubik could probably erase IB from the multiverse, like Beyonder did to Death. The very same Beyonder that Kubik beat btw.

^ Beyonder's feat of erasing Death has remained canon over the years, despite his multiple retcons. Said feat was most recently mentioned in the 2015 Secret Wars bio:

*outlined in red.

Most of his feats from SW I & II are still canon, in fact.

But saying Kubik could do it because he defeated a weaker Beyonder doesn't mean he could do the same Kubik was no way near that version of Beyonder.

That's what you're not quite understanding. The Beyonder that Kubik shit-stomped in F4 #319 is the SAME Beyonder who killed Death in SWII. To this very day that feat remains canon to Beyonder, despite his retcons. So what zop said is correct.

Nothing stopped Beyonder from killing Death. Not even the LT or Eternity. This event wasn't just confirmed in the Handbooks post retcon, it was also confirmed on panel.

In an issue of Quasar, Quasar travels to the Dimension of Manifestations where abstracts get M-Bodies so they can interact with physical beings. In this dimension, echoes of past events concerning abstracts still play out. Quasar witnesses the 'echoes' of the Trial of Adam Warlock w/IG and Beyonder's judgement against Death.

Beyonder ERASED Death across the multiverse and the LT and entire cosmic hierarchy couldn't stop him. Kubik stomped out the Beyonder and threatened to destroy his entire universe.

Kubik destroys everyone else in this thread..............combined, with ease.

The bio I posted explains that. Read it.

The upper-end abstracts didn't want(or try) to attack Beyonder -- they only attempted to 'reason' with him... Which obviously didn't work, as he still erased Death after she consented.

This is why I rate CCU's and Cube Beings in general so highly; their feats are insane...

When a CCU/Cube Being lets lose, you start to see things that are just beyond the scope of most beings in comicbooks...regardless of wether its Marvel or DC.

Everything has an opposite. The only exception was galactus who represented balance and equity. Not to mention that he could use his other ability to summon ab opposing energy to yours and wipe out both . Sure there are some exertions like the upper abstracts.
The same Kubik explained that the abstracts allowed beyonder to do all that so that he could progress
The same Kubik noted that his power was below a celestial

Feats carry more weight than lip service, and Kubik (as well as virtually any CCU/Cube Being) has feats that blow those of almost of all the Celestials away...

Hell a lone CCU imprisoned multiple Celestials seemingly effortlessly...
