the speedster would never know who the telepath is.... but the telepath would know who the speedster is. mind scan/reading for the win.. all you gotta do is catch him slipping.
lol the exact same thing can be said about super speed. how many times have we seen a speedster get rekt by a guy without super speed? pis and cis are a thing.
tbh, it depends entirely on the situation. can go either way. but in comics pis and cis limit both these powers, or there wouldnt ever be a story.

Yeah, consciousness transfer makes telepathy OP. And immortality makes healing an OP #2. Nothing else is close if those are on the table, and all four are in play if they aren't.
Assuming the latter, any but #4 make you easily rich. I'd take speed personally bc it would be so much more convenient. Telepathy is too based on manipulation. Only cyberpathy entices me otherwise. Again, assuming the immortality options aren't available.
Not having to worry about any disease still makes #4 pretty attractive.
Goodbye health insurance premiums, doctor's visits, and worrying about every suspicious mole or heart flutter.. (Not to mention std's.. )

it would also be a fairly good way of making money. Get a few vials of your blood, distribute small amounts of them, and then sell your blood to the highest bidders when everyone realizes that you effectively have the cure for cancer, aids, etc. Your name gets in put in the history books as "the living miracle/the person that cured cancer", you get to retire early, and it's all completely legal.
Telepathy. Hacking actual minds is far greater than machines, plus if you wanted access to anything getting it from the brain of your target is withing your ability.
Or the government declares your blood a controlled substance, and outlaws it's distribution until a lot of "research" is done first (E.g. they and their pharmacy cronies work on monetizing you.. or worse, ban's you if you're too effective and turn everyone into immune regenerating immortals..)
