well i seriously doubt him/her/they ezra miller will save them or amber turd.. and i doubt 50 year old ben lush affleck will save them but i guess one of the biggest skanks/whores of hollywood beylo can save them..
they serious NEED there own Feige and NOT Zack Hack Snyder
I didn't like it much either, but a lot of casting decisions here didn't make sense.
They bring back Michael Keaton as an aging Batman, so this should be the Tim Burton Batman universe, right?
Well, they don't have Pat Hingle anymore to play James Gordon, he's long dead. So they just recast him, right?
...Except, they didn't recast him the right way. They instead bring back J.K. Simmonds to play Gordon, who played him in the totally separate Snyderverse!
Add to that he has a daughter of Dominican descent being Batgirl - it's the kind of unnecessary knotting that also screwed up Josh Trank's Fantastic Four, with Michael B. Jordan and Kate Mara being forced to play adopted siblings, just for awkward racial representation.
A lot of race switching has worked in comic book movies the past few decades. But we can clearly see when they're trying too hard just for it's own sake.
Seeing Keaton again as Batman would be cool. But it's really starting to look like desperate pandering now, to get the kind of big bucks the nostalgia projects are bringing in.

^^^Glad you said all this before I did.
And yeah seeing Keaton as Batman would’ve been cool.
Part of me wants them to give us the Batman Beyond movie he’s perfect for right now, and part of me looks at what they did to Batgirl and is glad they prob. won’t.
I was goofing, from what it seems this was simply dirty ass bad and the studio is better off not screening it and using it as a tax write-off instead, thereby losing less money.
I always liked Batgirl, but this wasn’t Batgirl imo, just some look-how-woke-we-are imitation, same as the character that replaced Ruby Rose on CW Batwoman. All they hadda do was re-cast Rose and move on instead we got some convoluted crap of a plot line the show’s director kept trying and failing to justify in interviews. Meh.
