Hyperion thought that he had won so he turned his back on Adam. Adam didn't begin the fight in the traditional way, he was talking, and KH sucker punched him. This is not the way a fight begins. Not sure if you see this? If they both began seriously at the same time, BM would have destroyed KH.
KH stunned BM due to it being a surprise attack. We saw BM get up from KH's assault, but KH, could not get up after BM's assault.
It took BM a long time and with help to synch with Anti-Man. It took a long time to do it with Spectrum. Lets see some evidence of him doing it much quicker and manipulating the wavelengths
In what universe does a sanctioned fight begin like that? In a fair fight, they both know that they are going to fight, and there will be no negotiation.
Adam did not begin the fight under those stipulations. It should fairly be ruled as a foul.
Come on man. BM was sent to bring Hyperion down. Heroes were defeated and KH was going to hill them. He came in and was talking to him and was ready to fight. They were looking at each other. However, Hyperion moved so fast he couldn't react. That is not a sucker shot Is it KH fault he was to fast for BM? Also how do you figure adam didn't know he was going to fight? He didn't even try to negotiate either. but were going to assume he was? No because as he noted "no one could stop me". He was ready for a fight and was cocky as per his own words
What? No it wouldn't. How do fights start? One fighter has to throw a punch. They don't cancel the fight as the first punch landed and say no fair. I'm very disappointed in your arguments

Under forum rules, that scene is inadmissible. All we know is that BM was able to get up from KH's assault, while KH could not get up from BM's. This to me means that BM hit harder, and can take more than KH.
Following your logic 98% of comic book fights are inadmissible then
BM got up thankfully as Hyperion stopped even BM said he was defeated. Unlike Hyperion BM didn't let up and finished it. Hyperion was the one that was too cocky in the end and paid for it walking away to threaten the kids
That's still not the way that a sanctioned fight begins. Adam was ready to talk. In a forum battle he would be ready to fight. Or what? When you see an arm wrestling match, does one person begin before the gong? BM went in under different premises than the ones stated in a forum match up. It's like a foul ball in baseball. We can't use it. Although we know Adam was able to get up after it. Yeah it's trash.
Right. A bell rings. So now comic book fights need a ref and a bell to make a sanctioned fight? My god this argument is ridic. Ready to talk? Where or where was that again? Another one of your scenarios with no evidence? He insulted Hyperion and Hyperion replied and went for the punch. Do you know what a sucker punch is? How is it a sucker punch when their facing each other, and BOTH are ready for a fight. Hyperion was just to quick and got the first shot. Sure if BM did that to Hyperion you would say it's legit
HE WAS READY TO FIGHT. He even said he was cocky as no one could beat him. They were facing each other and other heroes lives were at risk and said "no one can beat him"
Well guess 98% of comic fights are inadmissible then.
Also where was it stated this "sucker punch" affected the fight? and somehow diminished his powers? Where was this negotiation statement or where did it say he went there to negotiate? Hint...no where
