So I wonder if MCU Quicksilver will be revived after the Fox deal is final.

IIRC They only killed him because Fox was using him. But they left a possible resurrection open - his enhanced healing.

Because Disney were already buying FOX and would thus be getting the rights to a Much Better QS then the one they created.
