Ok now this is a good match, neither hero is out of his league, before people were posting Wolverine vs. Living Tribunal, or Spiderman vs. Galactus post like complete idiots. This fight is tough to say, both heros are great and everyone likes em both. I can't name a winner just yet. I have to see what other people are saying about the fight. I mean Spiderman has great superskills that wolverine has and vice versa. I guess SPidermans best sense would be his Spider sense. That would help him stay out of Wolverines razor sharp claws. Spiderman could web Wolverine all up with web and catch him that way, although Wolverine could easily cut threw all that webbing. If Wolverine got a good slash on Spiderman it would be over for the wall crawler. I dunno hard to say, they both have great assests it would be a bad ass fight!

It's a pretty tight battle sense both heros are so popular. It would probably have to by 3 fights between the 2. Wolverine gets one, Spidey gets one. And the last fight ends with a draw.
if it were fan based votes, i'd have to say spiderman would win. if it were the movie versions, i'd have to say that spiderman wins. neither of which should dictate the outcome. taking both comic characters, spiderman has managed to hurt hulk, and his reflex's operate up to 40 times faster than a normal human. while wolverines might be fast, they are still basically nothing to spiderman. he doesn't even know how he reacts so fast sometimes. while wolverine is a tough contender in this battle i'd have to concede a slight edge to spiderman. he has taken on people of nearly every class and didnt die in the process. he's even won some of the time. i guess the same could be said about wolverine too. but his feats of taking on more powerfull opponents just doesn't seem as good. that and spiderman has done amazing things with his webbing in the past, it now severse multiple purposes rather than just to swing from building to building. on top of being faster, more versatile, with nearly as much stamina, he more than double's ol wolverines intelligence. i'd say in the end i'd give the win to spiderman 6/10 times. but you never know for certain. again, a single well place blow from wolverine could end the fight permanently as somebody already stated.
First of all, I like them both. Though I have the most sympathy for Spider-Man, I promise I will try to stay neutral - go Spider-Man go 😉.
Let's compare some facts, will we:
1. Strength : this one is easy, Spider-Man wins. He's about 20 times stronger than Logan. That must count for something, doesn't it ?
2. Speed : also Spider-Man, he's certainly more faster.
3. Agility : again, Spider-Man. Logan isn't exactly the jumping and acrobatic kind of fighter, is he ?
4. Reflexes : hm, close call, but again Spider-Man. It could be very well that Wolverines reflexes are just as sharp, but Spider-Man has another advantage: his inbuilt alarmsystem that warns him from possible attacks and so on. Now, and this is important, combine the speed, agility, reflexes and spider-sense, and you have an opponent that, theoretically, never can be touched by Wolverine.
5. Experience : very difficult to compare. Logan is more than 100 years old, and has been fighting all his life. Spider-Man on the other hand is more experienced in fighting megapowered villains all alone. Maybe, in the end, Wolverine has more experience. I don't have the answer.
6. Weapons: well, Spider-Mans web can cause Wolverine some serious trouble. "Hey, he can cut right through it !" I hear somebody think right now 😛. Very true, but still, it can give Wolverine a hard time when he always has to cut his arms free, or his hands, or his legs, or his eyes, or his claws. It will take him a second or two, three, and that's all that Spider-Man needs. Weapons of Wolverine : his claws and adamantium skeleton, like we all know.
7. Healing factor : Wolverine of course, no contest here. It will give Spider-Man a serious problem, because he can't really hurt Wolverine.
I'm not going to discuss the enhanced senses of Wolverine, because in a direct fight against Spider-Man, they wouldn't be of much use.
Conclusion : if Spider-man is smart, he fights Wolverine from a distance, let's say from some wall, 20 feet high. Wolverine can never reach him there ! No way ! There is no denying Spider-Man will walk away the winner if he fights him from a distance. All he has to do is throw some stuff at him, doesn't matter what, and Logan won't be able to dodge it all. He will get tired, he will get hurt (he needs time to heal, he does NOT heal instantly from serious wounds and he can feel pain, he certainly can be knocked unconsciousness. All of this has happened millions of times).
From time to time, Spider-Man can jump to Wolverine, give him a short but seriously beating, and jump back to the ceiling or whatever. He can easily avoid the attacks of Wolverine.
If Spider-Man is stupid, on the other hand, he will fight Wolverine close-combat style. If he does that, Spider-Man will be in a world of pain...
But luckily, most of the time, Spider-Man isn't that stupid.
this is a tough one, it really can go to both sides. if logan is able to cut spider, he is finished, but if like who-kid said, spider fight logan at a distance he has more chances.
the thing is that i´ve seen venom and wolverine fight and wolverine didn´t loose, he didn´t win either, but can spider beat venom? i don´t think (in a one to one battle, because spider is smart enough to use fire or sound to win).
even so spiderman is more smart then venom he would have a plan against logan.
and the fight between logan and venom wasn´t a good one, and it was in the psiquic plan ( i don´t know if i wrote this last part well)

Logans isn't as strong as Spiderman, Logan can not lift a bus or a car. Spiderman can, he can lift a small short handicapped school bus or a hummer, Logan can only lift maybe half of a Volkswagon Bettle. Spiderman is much stronger then Wolverine. Wolverine is cool be he doesn't have bigger super powers then most popular heros..I mean I give it to him that he's tough, he has great expierence, he takes a licking and keeps on ticking, but some people he can't handle because they are just to powerful..
Like someone else just said,all Spiderman would have to do is fight Logan from a range and he could kick his ass by throwing stuff at him, shooting him with web, climbing all over th buildings and hitting him. Logan would be very annoyed fighting Spiderman. Spiderman would just be able to toy with him. His reflex's are to good, his Spiersense keeps him alert. Theirs a pretty slim chance that Logan would win this battle. Logan can't crawl on walls, shoot webbing, lift cars, do backflips, nono of that. And thats just a few reasons why he would lose. Spiderman wins in my book.
