The Boys and Herogasm, while very enjoyable reads, don't even try to hide that fact.

Thanks for the context. I forgot about that. Yeah, Logan's strength is enough to at least free his hand and slice that webbings apart. Or Logan just can tear a part of the wall with that webbings, because if he is angry - his strength amps with his rage.

Indeed, as much I like that dark satire (The Boys and Herogasm), Ennis' hate to heroes sometimes can be over-the-top.

Adamantium can't pierce adamantium in the mainstream continuity, so it was possible for him to pop his claws, despite them pressing against his skull.

It was unpleasant and he did cut himself in the process, but it did the trick.

I remember that fight on the graveyard. A lot of Spidey's fanboys says "it was a draw", but I don't think so (even though I like Spider-Man). Logan was helding Spidey at the clawpoint and could just pop his claw in his throat if he really wanted. And yes, Spidey said than he was hitting Logan with emough strength to wrecks cars and has destroyed a big tombstone with that amount of force, but Logan was smiling at that and then kicked Spidey off of himself.

And yes, hammerhead. Even in his old days he was durable enough even ampred spidey was hurting his hand punching him. And don't forget about Tombstome - Spidey has one-shotted him only after Tombstone went through a grenade launcher in the chest, the a whole building was dropped on his (he was fine) and before it Spidey was cornered by Tombstone, hurting his hands while punching him. Spidey has one-shotted him after he padded his hand with his webbing and Tombstone was still standing, until he eventually lost his ocnscious after that punch.

And not to mention, even Kaine noticed than he almost broke his hand after punching Logan. Kaine is stronger than Spidey and more durable. And Kaine defeated Logan only by stabbing him in his chest (in the heart, to be exact) with a poisoned sting from his forearm, not by koccking him out after puching and etc. And Logan was able to slice his webbings with his claws and detect him when he was invisible.

Pete let himself get tackled, as he's given it his all and none of his blows had any effect, per his own words. He did that so he could get himself in the right position and attempt snapping Logan's neck.

Pretty dumb move... which would've gotten Pete killed if Logan hadn't sheathed his claws.

As for the neck snap - Peter's moral objections aside, even if it was physically possible for Pete to do that... it can only briefly KO Logan at best... and at worst, it doesn't even stop him from fighting back, as seen during Rucka's run.

Wolverine was still amnesiac from the Weapon X Project, he didn't know yet the limits of his healing factor or how special the adamantium-bonding process was.

Fun fact: Peter is still traumatized by accidentally killing Charlemagne.

Yeah, Logan clearly get the upperhand in thast fight. And I doubt his neck could be snapped (Hulk has tried to rip Logan limbs by limbs, but failed), but even if it could - Logan still can heal it. So yes, Spidey wasn't in a good position in that fight.

And I remember, Spidey has accidentally killed that woman. While thinking it's Wolverine sneaking up on him.

Yeah, Scorpion if he's written properly is a decent threat for Spidey, and he was hring his hands against his armor. And spidey possessed by Doc Ock was able to kock Scorpion's jaw clean off because his face wasn't protected. And yes, Spidey once made his hands bleed after giving Hulk a barrage of his punches, and Hulk only was standing still.

I didn't knew that, thanks. So, Logan basically let him win.

His neck didn't snap after taking six haymakers in a row from WWH.

And, for what it's worth, the Murderworld robot based on Wolverine, which Mystique trained against, had no such vulnerability to be exploited, either:
