To think otherwise proves you know nothing of Spider-Man. Wolverine does not have super-strength or super-speed. He's a well-trained fighter and has animalistic qualities, but he is a warrior, not a super-enhanced warrior. Spider-Man is superior in any physical quality except for regeneration. Yet you're forgetting that one hit isn't going to take Spidey down. That hit needs to be virtually a death blow or Spider-Man will just get pissed *he's actually similar to Hulk in that he fights better when he's mad* and take Wolverine apart.
the same could be said about wolvie.....lets say mariko was still alive and logan witnessed spidey killing her
imo wolvie would win, he's pretty savage normally, after spidey killing mariko he would do a berserker rage like no other, although spidey seeing MJ die would prove spidey means business x50, spidey has no healing factor, and although that one comic showed wolvie's weakness is having his neck snapped i assure you its been snapped by worse
I might agree because wolverine is mad when u look at him funny,but if u kill his girl he will go crazy. it doesnt matter if spidey draws back his punches against wolverine because he has healing powers and adimantuim skeleton.Also wolverine is use to getting mad while fighting but spidey isnt realy so his madness might make him not think at all
The healing factor does not make him immortal. Spider-Man can still liquify his ass regardless of his adamantium skeleton. Wolverine fights like someone killed his girl all the time, Spider-Man is always fighting like a relative calm happy-go-lucky kid. Kill his girl and watch what he does. He's proven he's significantly stronger than 10-ton status when MJ's life is on the line and he becomes a much better fighter. And when has Wolverine had his neck broken and not died? I'm not talking about his spine, I'm talking about his neck.

(no adamantium bones at the time either) it kinda has a tendency to shatter your spine completely, not to mention the rest of the bones in your body, healing factor surely doesnt make him immortal, but it does have an edge against someone who doesnt

By 'liquify' I mean destroy his flesh and organs and basically pound him until there's nothing left but the skeleton. Adamantium doesnt help if you have no body with it.
Again, a spine and other bones in his body isn't breaking one's neck, which doesn't have anything to do with bones being unbreakable, it deals with the nervous system and sending a shock to the brain that shuts it off. Hulk tried and succeeded in killing him, I don't know of any instance where it was tried and failed to kill him.

snapping someones neck is not as much of a shock to the nervous system as having your spine and hundreds of other bones shattered, that would deal with the nervous system too, which by the way wolverine has dealt with through the course of his life and is way beyond his nervous system shutting down his brain

both spiderman and wolverine normaly hold there punches on less wolverine is on a killing mission but wolverien does hold his punches and has stated it because if he did not he would kill the person he punching same goes with spiderman. spiderman has given wolverien his best punches and wolverine just smiled at him in the end wolverien gunna win it oen stabb spiderman dead. when these two fight normaly they get about the same amount of hits on echother but they only fought twice first one was a draw second was wolverine winning. it all gunna coem down too wolverine well fighting spiderman never needed to heal so if they both mortaly wound eachother wolverine be fine in seconds spiderman will die odds of that happen is that wolverene will actauly get the first killing hit any ways even if spiderman gets one on him wont even slow him cuz hill heal it
I wish I could understand what this crazy little man is saying. Spiderman's girlfriend gets killed he becomes all that he shoulld be and more kicking the crap out of anyone in his way, but his sensibility always comes back to him and he stops swinging for a moment. If it weren't for the fact that he would hesitate for the kill I would give it to him. But Wolverine when enraged is (as I said before) nothing short of death personified (he's just as good as spidey about going just on instinct) and his fighting ability increases times over "everything just flows", But if his lover's dead, I don't think he'd let anything stop him from destroying them.
....Although, one could effectively argue that wolverine isn't such a good fighter after the death of a lover (silver fox, native). It seems as though wolverine doesn't get enraged, but instead he immedietly becomes very solomn and depressed.
