Just to revoice my opinion from 100 pages or so back, Spiderman should win, assuming he fights smart. And by that I mean he won't try to brawl a guy with very sharp and pointy things coming out of his hands. A strong shot from Spiderman should send Logan a good distance (web swing and a kick) allowing Spiderman to easily avoid the claws and repeat the process. He's strong enough to throw cars and pull buildings and the like down on Wolverine. Webs would help with getting Logan to sit still.
Wolverine can always get a shot or 2 in though... Gashes have a nasty habit of making people sloppy. But slashing is pretty much all Wolverine can do.
Spiderman wins 7/10.
Oh, and whoever says that an insanely good martial artist can't beat some guy with a gun... Get Batman in here! batman Or for some overkill, Karate Kid.
