Well, maybe to please the Wolverine fans, we ought to let them fight somewhere in the middle of the desert. Because any wall or building - according to the Wolverine defenders -are pure plot devices in Spider-Mans advantage.

all I know is when I argued why not let them fight in the frozen tundra of the northern wilderness... spiderman fans bitched about him having an unjust advantage.. wonder why.. 😉
and no not ANY wall or building.. just any wall or building that happens to be over 20 feet high...

Or how about not assuming that they are automatically in a place where Spiderman has all the advantages?Cars galore, walls as far as the eye can see. . .
Yeah that's real objective. . plus the source of water around just in case we need to drowned wolverine. . .
Well, when you think about it, comic-wise if you were to have all three of these characters meeting in one spot, what seems to be the most ideal place?
New York City. Three of the four characters here reside in NYC. So, it only makes sense (since the original post does nto include the environment) that the fight will take place somewhere in NYC. Which means there will be walls, cover, cars, light poles, alleyways, and either a river or ocean or something like that.

Any way it'd be whereever they happened to be, the characters could be on individual missions in another locale, for example a graveyard, a rooftop, a training facility the sewers. . . whever the deity takes them.

I'm not sure, most of the time he fights for hours he's not going all out. But when he does he tires more quickly. Part of the problem here is how little he normally exerts himself, cause normally he doesn't have to, he usually bounces around and cracks some jokes while beating on people who can't quite handle him.The problem here is that when he pummels wolverine he was going all out, and that wore him down.
And I've never tried to give Spidey cars or buildings & believe he'd take this w/out them.

Yes. Three. Wolverine normally resides in Westchester, Maine. But, I suppose for the sake of argument you could say that he resides in NYC now with the Avengers.
I agree with the second part of your post. And any of those locations do indeed give Spidey a slight advantage due to his abilities. It's just something you can't take away from him unless they fight in a desert.

When he does really exert himself he wears down faster than he normally does. Like a regular person wears down more quickly when they exert themselves rather than not. Like lifting a fridge is a feat for a regular person, but to spidey it's not. A fridge will wear down a normal person to lift it, but not spidey.

Yes. Three.

No wall high enough on the rooftop or in the sewers and depending on the size of the trianing hall, a regular sized dojo isn't tall enough.
Too many variables that are different depending on location to be acceptably taken into account.
