1) That's not clear by looking at the stat. It's a single digit. That doesn't imply a range to me. And if it is a "range", then implicitly this means:
A) The stats are built to have an inherant amount of error built-in
B) The variance within this system doesn't have the granularity to differentiate between a sub Class 1 strength and a Class 10 strength. This indicates yet more error.

2) Wolverine is strong, but he clearly isn't as strong as Spider-Man. This is a misrepresentation. The real question is, why doesn't it bother you?

No shit he is not strong as spiderman.

He is strong though..why would they say it so many times, why would they put it in all his hand books,why would they show him lifting and fighting peoiple like hulk,wendigo,colossus all the time ...why is that not cannon ?

I get it, you guiys only care because it poses a threat to spidey...sad...very sad.

Ok back to the fight...if spidey keeps his distance he wins...it would be a kick ass fight but spidey would come out on top...spidey might get tagged a few times but his agility and spidey sence will help him survive...

He doesn't need to run away. He can just stay outside of his reach (he is faster, can jump farther and higher, and stick to walls and weblines) and web him down.
