I've used facts and scans as well but it goes without saying that Spider-man is faster, stronger, more agile, and has better reflexes.

also spidy is ststronger true. hell of a lot less durable though.
he more agile and with better reflexes true, but again only slightly and wolverine can and has hit him. wolverine also a far superior fighter and has far superior stamina

No, I posted more than that, it's just that you only brought up the Ultimate ones because you were trying to say that your feats were better. What about the one where Spider-man is on the wall, and the guy pulls the trigger AT POINT BLANK RANGE (was easily inside 4 feet) and after the guy pulled it Spider-man's spider-sense kicked off and he dodged the hell out of the way. Yeah, Spider-man is much faster with better reflexes.

Wolverine #24) wolverine dodges a bullet from a very well trained assassin from very close range ( easiliy 4 foot mark) and even comment on how easy it is.

this feat should do.

Not really considering Spider-man dodged the bullet AFTER the guy pulled the trigger, and before the bullet hit the wall, Spider-man was behind the guy.

Did you even bother to look at them? Wolverine has dodge Living Lightning like once and he even started from up in the sky.

first off electros blast are no nealry as fast as living lightning and there are many cases of spiderman getting hit by electro.

also wolverine dodging power house energy blasts as he charging her is just as good.

electros blast have never been said to be that fast.

living lightning on the other hand has been said to be faster then lightning and such. if u wan't to know more about living lightnign I suggest u get the new 2006 new avengers hand book.
