I doubt he was arguing that Wolverine CAN'T do those things because an actual wolverine can't. I think he was simply saying that he hears that fable constantly, and tires of it readily. Thus, he decided to not allow it to perpetuate, and set the record straight. And I kinda rhymed there, awesome. 🙂.
Exactly.
By the way, when one says "Wolverines are indeed these small ferocious creatures that are known for taking down creatures many times there own size and strength. such as moose and even grizzly bears." they are stating as though it were fact. The one thing that is very frustrating in this forum is that you can't argue facts in the comic world because they change at the writer's whim. However, please do not be so cavalier about information regarding the real world.

Well i wouldn't say it had spider-man dead on...it had him scared of wolverine because he killed people and scared of bullets...that realy irritated me, I can live with him being afraid of wolverine but guns!! he dodges them every day, although other than that it was a good story, besides that was realy their only proper fight...after all on the rooftop Spider-man wasn't even sure if fighting was the right thing to do, wolverine didn't even want to fight, the training session, was well a training session that got out of control, and the webbing incident....well thats what it was a webbing incident.Ah here is a question for all the wolverine experts in wolverine vs spider-man, Spider-man hits wolverine with all he has, and it dosn't effect wolverine in the slightest. But in the story Enemy of the state Daredevil hits wolverine in the face with a weight and this stuns him quiet badly...now why the hell would that effect him but Spider-man's punches don't?
you want an answer that's not a copout to PIS?
okay... the logical explanation completely devoid of a copout grasping at PIS would dictate accordingly:
It is not wolverine's durability that was hindered by the blow from the dumbell, the hit staggered wolverine off balance enough for the dead ninja body at his feet to trip him up and make him fall onto the sword.. was he hurt though? most likely not... most likely what happened was daredevil jumbled the programming that wolverine underwent at hydra's control. rather than physically harming wolverine the blow sent his psychi through a loop, the jolt of real wolverine personality conflicted with the programming and the result was that he staggered back and tripped.
