First off this would not have to do with stamina. Also this never happen to my knowledge unless you can prove it.
read morrison's nxm run. before jean manifested the phoenix, she goes into the woods and finds wolverine meditating next to a deer or somesuch. she says "you've been missing for three days" and he explains that when cassandra nova burnt his arm to the bone and (actually, i forget the second injury. it was relatively minor. anyone else remember?) it "kinda maxed out his healing factor", and he further explained that meditation speeds things up and dulls the pain.

that would be horribly biased considering that one: spiderman is a stan lee creation
and two: wolverine is an anti-hero, we've all seen stan lees take on what a hero SHOULD be according to stan in "so you want to be a superhero", aside from that and the multiple interviews I've seen I have the distinct feeling he doesn't like the character wolverine...

Stan probably does not hate Wolverine. He is getting big bucks from him.
But Stan would probably vote Spidey considering he is his as well as marvels greates creation
Lets ask Todd Mcfarlane he has got a few Spidey comics under his belt see what he thinks

Ignorant.
The King Pin only catches spiderman because it wouldn't be a very interesting read otherwise.

It did happen. I can't really give you the issue number as they don't follow the same routine in here Finland. And the another injury was when he was shot by sentinels. Twice (I'm not sure how many times he was hit, but in the beginning of the story he was gouging bullets from his flesh and in the arc he was attacked by the wild sentinels) and later on when they returned to the estate, Cassandra burned his right (left?) hand off.
