The Overused Street Leveler Top-Tier from a Logical Point of View:
1: Wolverine (He has a healing factor and adamantium skeleton. That alone puts him CLASSES beyond the other)
2: Spiderman (Can't defeat Wolverine and his claws or kill him with his healing factor, but his immense strengt, speed and reflexes should automatically put him above the other street levelers.)
3: Captain America (His skills and peakcondition puts him above the rest. Also his shield. But he cant do shit to Wolverine and Spiderman one-shots him.)
4: Batman (Beneath Cap psycically, even through their even in skill. A very small victory to Cap)
5: Daredevil (Not as strong or skilled as Batman, but very close)
And it's pretty much fanboyism to say otherwise in my world.
Wolverines healing factor is through the roof now, its different from original wolvie. In (wolverine casualties of war) nitro burns his body away but his skeleton and he still healed fast enough to get back to him and woop him......so spidey doesnt stand a chance.....the healing factor would give wolvie the edge....even sentry said he couldnt kill wolverine in one of the new issues.
If Wolverine didnt had his healing factor, he would be in class with Captain America, Daredevil and Batman, but his healing factor makes him kinda immortal, and puts him classes beyond them. He can stalemate characters MUCH more powerful than himself, just because they can't permanently put him down.

Lets just put it this way......with the healing factor in effect it doesnt matter what spiderman does to him.....im not a super huge wolvie fan but facts are facts....spiderman could punch wolverine till he is blue in the face, web him up, or annoy him....but the fact is the healing factor will always come out on top.
