Spiderman has never spammed webbing against them, he sprays streams if I remember correctly, but he is capable of changing the consistency with just the way he taps the shooters that would basically engulf whoever he fights in webbing. Trying to cut it wouldn't do much good.

I only remember him trying to throw a web net at BP.

He barely used webs at all against TM. And I'm not remembering him doing anything resembling trying to engulf Puma with webs.

He did use the spam attempt on TM.
And he tried to spam Puma in one of their fights.

The most accurate fight I've seen was in Secret Wars. Spidey handled him properly.

So I guess you are saying that spiderman is stronger then hulk since hulk couldnt even reattach wolverine bones on numerous of occasions. Damn spiderman is stronger.
