and the fcc wants to take away news broadcasting unless it's between 10 am-6pm (US time zones)
i think everyone was sitting in the FCC office playing shelf ball when they realized they actually needed work...so they just told janet to ya know...go flash some boob on tv in front of millions of viewers...
