you put brackets up and type youtube inside them...then place between them the code that you want from the address bar.. only pasting after the 1st equal sign...then you put another bracket up and put backslash and youtube...make sure you dont space bewteen the brackets when placing your code..

example:

[Youtube] wtPTPECrkI8&feature=related [/ youtube]

i spaced the code in my example so you code see how its done but when you make urs dont space

When I was working on my ground game for MMA, I decided to roll with this one really big wrestler at my school.

He was about 5'11, 190-200 lbs, and he was surprised because I was so strong, especially for my size. I am about 5'8, 133 lbs, and I'm able to throw a lot of bigger people around. They're always shocked, because I don't look like I'd be very strong, but I obviously am.

I train in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I do the same exercises as wrestlers so I can have the same amount of strength.

Other random fact: The school year was cut short this year, so I'm on summer vacation now! 😎
