But I did see the GDT closure, and my jaw just dropped. As has become usual.

You know very well that it getting closed was not bullshit, and more than earned. Considering how many warnings and bans have come from that thread in just the past week, you must be delusional in thinking that there wouldn't be any consequences for the repeated behaviours seen there.
