sulphur is a yellow looking crystal looking object when melted turns red.. it is flammable. found in hot desert sandy regions.

salt peter is a white powder that usually accumulates in caves with large animal droppings from the likes of bats.. it can also be found or extracted from dung using a pit urine and a few months of decomposing..

charcoal is charcoal not much to say about it usually found in swamp marshy areas buried it is just decomposed lant matter and whatnot.. places like england due to climate has a large natural source..

you can also artificially create charcoal not sure how great the quality would be but it can be done and used.

simply gather large wood usually hard would is preferred make a mount stove and place all the would and slowly roast and burn the wood.. after a few days it should be usable..
