my chest and the side of my pecs have bn hurting also my knees and the back of my kidneys. the muscle in my lower back has bn trembling in muscle spasms.

You might want to get that checked out with a blood test, if your kidneys are failing you might have TTP which could literally kill you.

i have no fear of death its cool.. 😮‍💨

its the annoying pain that gets to me and pisses me off

You'll say that when your blood pressure shoots over 200, and you literally fall into a coma. As for "fear" of death I mentioned nothing of the sort. Death is more annoying than anything than a fear for me.

yeh, it probably is a blood pressure thing.. coma would be cool.. i couldnt sleep last night i kept waking up in pain and body soreness.

You're one of those people who don't go to the doctor unless it's broken or gushing blood, aren't you.

yes...

but, i bn diagnosed b4 with high blood pressure from time to time.. it goes hand in hand with my anxiety issues and prior life style..

i usually controlled it by proper diet and some times pills but, havent lately.

That's not a good thing, man. Aren't you like 30? We aren't 18 anymore, you know.

Where are you now?

At my parents house

My Mom's birthday today.

Two of my aunts' birthday was today.

I started reading this book but never finished.

I did that with Journey to the Center of the Earth, but I picked it up a year or so later and finished it.

I recommend it.

see it all works out. its a physical trade off i look young and am fit but i am sore and in pain due to the constant training to stay young.

I want to start reading A Scanner Darkly again, but I lost the book.

I'll go pick it up later. I just bought 3 more books. 2 Hunter S. Thompson books which I've already read and one Tom Robbins book which I haven't read yet. But right now I'm finishing a Tom Robbins book that's really ****ing awesome. One of the best books I've read in a while.

A laid back lifestyle can work wonders, I'm 40, as you know, and people guess me for 30 all the time.

If the regimen you undertake has the effect on you you claim, why bother?

i am afraid to get wriggles.. peter pan complex.whimper

but i look fabulous just feel horrible.

So you're superficial?

its the survival shtick of always being fit....

I feel nauseated and stupid.

Heard it in a love song... Can't be wrong.
