Well, yeah, technically 18 would be fine, but she might as well have been 16. Which would just make me look like a creepy guy.

17 is legal in various states? Really? I wasn't aware of that. I know in other countries yes, but states no. Marriage is legal at 17 with parents permission, but I didn't think under 18 and hooking up with someone who's like 22 would be.

About as far down south as you can go. Maastricht, you've probably never heard of it, but it actually was elected the Netherland's 'best' city
back in 2005 or something. It's also really popular amongst Belgian and French potheads, as it's close to the border and holds the second largest amount of ''coffeeshops'' in the Netherlands.
