Got mugged the other night. Tried to see if I could give a junkie some change but found that I didn't have any.

He grabbed my wallet and I just stood there holding it while he tried to force it out of my hands. Remembering many thoughts of freaks using a gun or knife I let him have it and ran after him screaming "Just drop it, it has no money and I need that stuff."

He kept going and in the end he got caught trying to use my debit card in a bank. And someone handed my wallet in a few days later so I got my stuff back.

Question is do I put him in jail in court knowing that he could know my name? It's a messed up world. Really felt sorry for the guy.
