these things are crazy

One in five women in Seoul have undergone some kind of procedure. Most popular: Eyelid surgery, to make the eyes "more Western," and getting your jawbone shaved or chiseled down for a less-square and more V-shaped look.

On 17-year-old in the article says: "K-pop influences our societal view of how one has to look," but adds: "My grandma looks at me and says, ‘Hyunjin, I think you need to fix your nose.' I want to get double eyelid surgery and make my nose taller. I also want to get the front of my eye elongated so that my eyes appear larger." She adds: "Because I was raised in Korea, unlike the American view, surgery is kind of like makeup," Kim said. "Why do we put on makeup? It's to become prettier. Why do we do cosmetic surgery? It's just to become prettier. To condemn someone for doing so is harsh."

I think people are starting to get smart in other rising nations as the resources the major super powers had in education and pursuit of knowledge and careers in cutting edge science are just as if not more available to them, and they adapt to the changing world in ways we choose not to. We don't have the creativity, our minds just don't go there. We'd justify that surgery that carves facial structure with micro-precision would just make us out to be freaks, ^when it obviously makes us look better.

Where as here in America, we are adapting to exponentially perpetuating degrating humor in media. Other nations might not laugh at testicles on Hugh Jackman's neck or get an orgasm when watching Antony Starr tear a man's hand in half on Cinemax. America's flaw is cultural, it starts in the families.

Open your mind to a telepathic assault, I'm bout to rape the everloving shit out of it until you understand. Allow me to illuminate your dim mind.

Its a slight clip from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The Episode where Buffy and Faith switch bodys. Faith is checking out Buffys facial features, getting used to how she looks after the switch.

I don't think you understand, you implied that American's don't use plastic surgery for purely cosmetic purposes; when there's over 14 million performed in 2012. (i googled) Then something about lacking creative, not sure how that relates to cosmetic plastic surgery.

Your second paragraph seemed to be a massive non sequitur mess that did nothing to support your first. Something about testicles on Hugh Jackman's neck.

I used to love Buffy and Angel back in the day. Now I look back and think "what the **** was I thinking".

Looking in your past with pessimism?

I do that too, it really holds me back. However, after a certain point my past looks pretty euphoric.

Only through the power of postive thinking can I make my whole life euphoric. Ignorance is bliss.

No. Laughing that I liked such a silly show so much. Nothing else.

I am in my twenties and I still love that show. Charmed as well. They might be silly in comparison to the shows we have today such as Walking Dead, How I Met Your Mother, and others that.. dont pop in my mind, but still I like them anyway.
