I've been upping the physical workload from day to day, training harder.
All of this has made my insomnia and hyperactivity very paroxysmal as of late.
If I could combine these things with quality sleep and meditation, I know that I could probably vastly improve and take it more than a few steps forward. Crank it more than a few notches up, in all walks of life. In all areas. Be them mental, physical, or emotional.
