I had a nightmare last night that I was back in my high school and I couldn't remember where my locker was or where my next class was. Then a Brother I don't recognize comes up and gives me a detention for being late to class.(Note when I say "Brother" I mean in the Catholic sense, since I went to a Catholic School).

I guess I was lucky. In grammar school we were forced to go to mass with them at least once a week, and don't even get me started on doing the stations of the cross. But my grammar school was quite literally connected to an actual church. So it was also kind of disturbing because sometimes they'd shuffle us in and there would be a funeral going on. One time in 3rd grade a kid in my class..his dad died and then like 3 days later in the middle of a school day they brought all the classes into the church for the kids dads funeral. Which was awkward as hell because..what do you say when you see his actual family all crying and shit and then you have 3 classes worth of 3rd graders in there.
My high school didn't actually have a church attached to it, but the Brothers quarters had places to pray(students never allowed) and we had a chapel and maybe a few times a year were forced to go in there, but you couldn't fit many people, maybe one or two classes, compared to the church at my grammar school which could fit the entire school(grades k-8) and thensome.
But we did of course have a required religion class every year. It was ass backwards because in my sophomore year the religion teacher gave us pretty much nothing but crossword puzzles to do. Religion that year was more like a study hall. Then at the end of the year he showed us the movie "Mississippi Burning" for no damn reason. We had not been discussing race or civil rights or anything. It was just a random ass movie this dude popped out. The problem is not all the teachers were "Brothers" and you'd think at least all the religion class teachers would be..but nope, not this guy.
Oh and it was an all boys school and right next door was an all girls school, but the grammar school was co-ed.

No, just a response to someone else's response to a random comment. Which one would think would be expected in a "random comments" thread. Unless the idea is to quite literally not comment on anything anyone says in here.
Plus, something being "random" doesn't designate any specific length of time, so random doesn't necessarily equate to "short".
