Those things are worth the price, especially if you have a lot of little maniacs running around, I don't know how many times I've been elbowed in the goodies by some careless little fcker... and you can't just brain them with a frying pan... so I'm told.

I wish somebody would have informed my parents about this. Sandals, extension cords, and cookware were all valid behavior adjustments tools when I was growing up. lol

Getting knocked around when you're raising cain is a sure deterrent to the epidemic of spoiled little rotten entitled whiny jagoffs we have masquerading as kids today.

Some of them are pretty bad.

When they start calling their parents cuss words... boy that's when you know modern society is well and truly fcked.

I called my Mom a **** once because I heard the kids in school calling the girls that, I didn't know what it meant. I had a ringing in my ears for a week or two.

And you learned a new vicabulary word, too!

I learned all the swear words in school. #public-education

For as much as HS sucked, i do miss my friends.
In my mind they're all still 18, though we're all pushing 50!

I haven't seen any of my HS friends for like... 15-16 years at least.

30+ years for me.
Once i joined the Army i left NYC for good.
So strange those ppl are old now!

Yeah all the chicks I lusted after are ...grandmothers. *shudder*

That IS NUTS isnt it???

Now i'm likely lusting after kids!

I'm not sure... that... yeeeaaah.

I can't uh talk too much, my gf is a bit younger than me soooo...

It would just be strange going back to HS. I'd be like, 'oy, what a day, i need coffee and a smoke, you kids shut the hell up, put on some decent clothes!'

Sounds like my old Shop teacher.

I never took shop.
Wish i had, but i opted for home ec!

I didn't need that one as I could already cook and sew and thought it would be nothing but a sausage fest because all the guys would take that class thinking it would be packed with chicks.

Actually mine WAS packed with girls, so i lucked out!
Home ec is where i learned my cooking/sewing, too. It perfected what i picked up watching my mom.

I only took shop because I wanted to build my own motorcycle. Never did finish it.

All that automotive stuff never interested me, growing up in NYC.
Learned everything after i joined the Army.
Heck, first thing i ever drove was a forklift in AIT.
