Everyone knows that no one can change physical gender dude, these people with body dysphoria do have a mental disorder and all they want to do is feel better in their body by modifying it within current medical means to reflect their mental view of what they should be, yes they're still men, no they are not women in a gender or genetic sense, however they are classified transgender women in a social construct sense, I don't know how to explain it any better than that as I am not one of them.

Women grow wombs, hence the name ‘womb man’ or woman. Is there any way to change that difference? I’d like to know. Not that I want to, I’d just like some justification.
Yes. I know the Christian verse, it's actually, 'Womb of man to correct you. But there are many other religions that have gods that are in fact gay, with same-sex partners.
It is true that women have wombs, they don't grow them lol. Surely you are not implying that women also have the power of growing organs, if that is indeed the case then maybe they can grow one for a man?
I suppose theoretically the medical technology can advance to the degree where they can 3D print entire sexual reproduction systems and install them in people, perhaps even allow them to have a baby with the correct mix of hormones and drugs, on the atomic level the XX and XY cannot be changed so whatever.

Call them what you want... inside your head. When you preach your ideas outloud in this day and age expect some backlash because social norms are slowly shifting and traditional values are eroding over time. I shouldn't get tilted but if you're in the situation I'm in with my girlfriend you get a lot of weird looks and comments and it has the nails on a chalkboard effect.
