Happened to me when I was 11, lucky i was a little fat kid and the gangrene was caught up in a fat pouch, saved my life.

Did have to spend a week in the hospital and it more or less blew up my summer vacation.

I love ultrasounds, that gel is really soothing, although the cleanup is a bit ugh.
