I got generations of horder genes and I think that's why I try to limit my attachment to my junk, and some day go even more of a spartan path.

Nine year old me got yanked from a decent house and some friends in school to go all the way across the country in the middle of the night because my stepdad was in a murderous rage. All I got to take was a few tshirts and a bugs bunny plushie.

The closest I ever got was one night he got exceedingly drunk passed out and I had a kitchen knife an inch from his throat.

Kinda glad I didn't do anything, because now he's a broken down old miserable geezer in a nursing home shitting his pants and spilling his pudding on the remote.
